The discussion will be open for discussions. In the beginning, I'll respond to the question and then reply with my views. I'll also make use of the term pf2p which stands for pure free-play i.e. an individual who has never become a participant of any RS "life".
Do you believe that free players who attain skillcapes as pure f2p's deserve more attention than those who have the same skill in a shorter period of time? (Note: This applies to the same skills that members as well as F2Ps have access to. To compare both would be foolish. I do know that skillcapes are accessible to free players, however they must be purchased at 6 dollars. Pf2p refers to someone who has reached a 99 level as a pf2p but only pays 6 dollars to buy the skillcape. This is not someone who waits to be 90 to switch to an active member in order to speed up his progress.
